Mistress is again proud to partner with AT&T/DirecTV on the first season of Mr. Mercedes, an adaptation of Stephen King’s bestselling thriller trilogy. While the season is set to premiere on August 9th, the agency has already launched the Mr. Mercedes social platforms, teasing content that many fans have been eagerly awaiting since the book’s release in 2014.
The series is also produced by Stephen King, directed by Lost’s Jack Bender, and created by David E. Kelley, known most recently for Big Little Lies and Goliath. Mistress has been tapped to lead strategy as well as ongoing creative and audience development across all 10 episodes. To amplify the messaging and communication in the social space, Mistress will also be involved in partnerships with the digital and experiential sides of the business.
